Small and green in colour, they have a mild nutty flavour and are a good nutritious snack.
Pumpkin seeds are high in protein, along with some valuable minerals such as magnesium, manganese, copper and iron.
Pepita seeds contain up to 30% protein.

Origin: China (we will replace them with local produced pepitas as soon as they are available)
