Hulled hemp seeds, also called Hemp Nuts and Hemp Hearts, are one of the best and healthiest nuts on this planet.
They are very tasty, and you can use hemp nuts for nearly everything.
In muesli, in salads, for baking, in soups, add them to roasted veggies, in smoothies, or eat them raw or roasted : )
Hemp nuts contain about 30 % good quality protein and lots of good oil.
They contain two essential fatty acids, linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3).
They also contain gamma-linolenic acid, which is said to have several health benefits.
